Besides our staff, we may share this information with our technology solution vendors, in order to obtain special pricing or resolve a technology issue as requested by your organisation.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide name and contact details, we'll be unable to get in contact to provide IT support.

We keep your information safe by storing it within leading technology providers systems, namely Microsoft and Datto. Access to your data is protected with encrypted connections and multi-factor authentication. We only allow our staff direct access to this information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
