Central Plains Water Limited
Central Plains Water needed to migrate their users, data, licensing, voice, and IT systems from a shared IT infrastructure with Solid Energy New Zealand to their own independent infrastructure. With significant growth in the size, scale and complexity of the work CPWL was undertaking, they needed a more robust business IT solution that would support the immediate and longer term business needs.
Mace Group approached iTOPS to gain more insight into their IT environment. They were having noticeable issues with SPAM filtering with many false/positives, issues with remote access to email from both mobile and email based clients, challenges with the functionality of in-house email client, and issues with the ongoing management of systems.
Midlands Holdings Limited (Midlands) approached iTOPS with a request to improve their network security and current email solution.
Midlands required advice and assistance in the selection and implementation of suitable solutions.
